For Guests

You also agree to comply with any rules or restrictions specified by the host, such as check-in/check-out times, maximum occupancy, and house rules.

Cancellation policies vary by host. Please review the cancellation policy for your booking before confirming your reservation.

For Hosts

When you list an accommodation on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property, including its location, amenities, availability, and any rules or restrictions. You are responsible for setting your prices, availability, and house rules.

You agree to maintain your property in a clean, safe, and habitable condition and to provide the amenities and services promised in your listing. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements related to your rental activities.

Payments and Fees

Osho charges service fees for the use of our platform. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the booking subtotal and are displayed before you confirm your booking or listing.

For guests, payment for bookings is typically collected at the time of booking. For hosts, payments are typically released 24 hours after the guest's check-in.

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other electronic payment methods.

Reviews and Ratings

After a stay, both guests and hosts have the opportunity to leave reviews and ratings. Reviews and ratings must be honest, accurate, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content policies or these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others
• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the amount paid by you to Osho during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Osho and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
