  • Cancel before 24 hours of check-in: Full refund

  • Cancel after check-in: The nights not spent are 50% refunded

  • Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in
  • Cancel 5 days before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancel within 5 days of check-in: First night not refunded
  • Cancel after check-in: The nights not spent are 50% refunded

A balanced option for most travelers.

Strict

  • Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking (only if booked at least 14 days before check-in)
  • Cancel at least 14 days before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancel between 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

Typically applies to high-demand properties or peak season bookings.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy

Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy provides additional protection when certain unexpected events make it impossible to complete your booking. These may include:

  • Unexpected serious illness or injury
  • Death of a host, guest, or immediate family member
  • Government-declared disasters or emergencies
  • Severe property damage or safety issues
  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • Significant transportation disruptions
  • Urgent travel restrictions or border closures

How to Cancel a Reservation

  1. Log in to your Osho account

    Access your account dashboard at osho.pk

  2. Go to "Trips" or "Bookings"

    Find the reservation you wish to cancel

  3. Select "Cancel Reservation"

    Click the cancellation option in your booking details

  4. Review the cancellation terms

    You'll see the refund amount based on the property's policy and your cancellation timing

  5. Confirm cancellation

    Complete the cancellation process

  6. Receive confirmation

    You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation and any applicable refund

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a full refund if I need to cancel due to illness?

If you need to cancel due to serious illness, you may be covered under our Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Contact our support team with medical documentation for review.

What if I need to change my dates instead of cancelling?

Many hosts offer date changes without penalties. Contact your host through the Osho messaging system to request a date change. If the host agrees, they can help modify your reservation.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically initiated within 24 hours of cancellation. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, usually 5-7 business days.

Are service fees refundable?

OSHO service fees are refunded if you cancel during the free cancellation period of the property's policy. Outside of that window, service fees are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances.
